What is a Zone?+
In 24 Volt conveying each module requires a minimum of 3 ‘zones’ for optimum performance. Each ‘zone’ houses one sensor.

What is ‘TOR’+
To order support stands you will need to provide us with the TOR (Top of Roller) height you require.
See the Accessories and Spares ‘Technical Section’ for guidance.
Should I choose a ‘High’ or ‘Low’ profile?+
This refers to the side frame height in relation to the roller bed.
High Profile sits higher than the TOR (Top of Roller)
Low Profile sits flush to the TOR (Top of Roller)

What is a Pitch?+
A ‘Pitch’ is the measurement between each roller.
Choosing the correct roller pitch is important to ensure trouble-free transportation of your goods.

Our order process is simple;

Can I change the specification of my conveyor once my order is accepted?+
Part of our USP is that we provide quality goods and fast delivery. Once your order is placed we start the process of building your order immediately to ensure we delivery to the agreed timescales. With this in mind it is likely that any changes to an order will incur costs. Please contact us for further information.
Payments and Cancellations+
Full payment is required at time of order placement.
We accept BACS payments and the relevant bank details will form part of your order quotation.
A copy of the settled invoice will be enclosed with the dispatched goods unless you request it earlier.
Due to our fast turnaround times cancellations will incur the following penalties unless stated otherwise on your quotation.
Up to 1 working day from order placement – 50% of total amount.
2 working days onwards – 100% of total amount.
Do you offer an installation service?+
We currently offer our conveyors on a supply only basis however you will find our standard conveyors easy to install with the manual provided. If you should require any further help we are just a phone call away.
What are the shipping costs?+
Shipping costs are calculated on each individual sale based on volume, weight and destination. We will advise shipping costs with your order quotation.
We use a reliable distribution network and ship our goods in pallet form so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive and offload the conveyors.
What are the estimated delivery times?+
Our standard conveyors can be with you within 4-5 working days of order placement.
If you order is of a more bespoke nature we will confirm an estimated delivery with your quotation.
Stock spare and accessories can be with you in 24-48 hours from order placement.
What paperwork will be included with my delivery?+
Operational manual with spares list..
